- AI Engineer to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.
Your responsibilities
Manage and maintain underlying systems infrastructure (servers, Linux environments, networking) supporting AI platforms; Integration of platforms to ensure AI Stack connected to heterogenious sources; Administer and configure Dify (or equivalent LLM orchestration platforms) for internal and client-facing use cases; Evaluate and apply new AI models to real product needs; Identify and propose new solutions based on stakeholder requests, translating requirements into technical approaches; Define and document best practices (usage guidelines, prompts/agents patterns, deployment/operational guidelines) and share them with end users; Monitor models in production (performance, quality, drift, latency, reliability) and continuously improve them; Deploy models ensuring scalability, cost awareness, and operational robustness; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in managed platforms, including at the operating system and infrastructure level.
You must have: Proficiency in Python; Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration (services, permissions, networking, troubleshooting); Experience working with containerized environments (e.g., Docker; Kubernetes is a plus); Experience building and implementing AI agents (tool use, orchestration); Solid hands-on experience with Azure (e.
g., Azure OpenAI, Azure ML); Hands-on experience with Dify (or similar LLM app orchestration platforms, e.g., openwebui); Experience developing APIs with FastAPI or Flask; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors; A true passion for innovation and willingness to bring forward new ideas; Ability to achieve results; Fluency in English and Portuguese.
