Job Description Role Summary: The Facility Partner is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, safety, and security of the organization's physical facilities and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of company facilities and premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, offices, equipment, and utilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office furniture, equipment, and facility assets.
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers, contractors, and maintenance vendors.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, inspections, and service contracts.
- Prepare periodic reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and asset status.
