Role Overview We are looking for skilled IBS Engineers with hands-on telecom field operations experience to manage maintenance and troubleshooting of small cell and network infrastructure. ?️ Key Responsibilities

• Preventive & corrective maintenance of Small Cell, Wi. Fi, UBR, L2 Switch & OSP
• IBS maintenance: SMPS, Battery, Electrical Panels, Earthing & alarms
• Power system checks, energy readings & site hygiene
• Battery testing, SMPS troubleshooting & hardware replacement
• Faulty card replacement & coordination with NOC teams
• Maintain records & support SAP consumption data
• Ensure proper antenna alignment, GPS connectivity & LOS ✅ Requirements
• 2+ years in telecom field operations
• Knowledge of tools like Jio Track and Tableau
• Understanding of SMPS, Battery, Earthing & Network devices
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Strong troubleshooting and field coordination skills
