Job description
The Clinical Director will operate at an Executive level and lead a transformational behavioral health program in one of the most unique youth treatment campuses in the country.
The Clinical Director provides leadership, oversight, and management of all clinical services. This position ensures delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based treatment.
Must have experience managing a licensed Behavioral Health Facility, Residential experience, and experience working with our trauma informed youth population. Must be licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
