Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering lesson plans under the guidance of the lead teacher. Support students with individualized learning needs through tutoring and classroom assistance. Prepare teaching aids, materials, and classroom resources for effective instruction. Aid in classroom management, including behavior support and maintaining discipline. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or educational support experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic classroom environments. Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital learning tools.
