Senior IT Project Manager As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will help create a structured and efficient framework for IT projects by aligning methodologies, tools, and ways of working across teams. You will operate within a dynamic enterprise IT environment where coordination, visibility, and continuous improvement are essential to delivering successful projects and supporting team collaboration.
Location: Brussels, working closely with internal IT project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, standards, templates, and tools aligned with organisational needs and best practices Oversee and monitor the IT project portfolio, ensuring clear visibility on project progress, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and inter-project interactions Produce and maintain management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and project performance metrics for stakeholders and leadership teams Support project teams in risk identification, mitigation planning, change management, and issue resolution Promote the adoption of digital collaboration tools, agile methodologies, and a continuous improvement mindset across teams Coach and support project managers and cross-functional teams to strengthen autonomy, delivery capability, and overall effectiveness Profile Ideally, you bring: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management and PMO-related roles Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent Strong understanding of PMO governance, portfolio management, and enterprise IT operations Solid expertise in project management methodologies, risk management, change management, and stakeholder coordination Experience with tools such as SAP, Service.
