Responsibilities

Role focuses on daily sales reporting, stock monitoring, quote/bad debt follow-ups, and internal communications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Inbox management Daily sales reporting from Tidystock and Xero systems Stock turnover monitoring, flag slow-moving inventory Quote and bad debt follow-ups with customers Company-wide communications via Microsoft Teams and email Calendar management for leadership team Meeting note-taking and distribution Overflow call handling Requirements Qualifications: High initiative — can work independently without constant direction Flexible and adaptable — role will evolve as trust builds Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Organized and detail-oriented, especially with numbers and reporting Comfortable with accounting/inventory software (training available) Experience in admin, reporting, or executive support roles Get Stuff Done" (GSD) mentality Thrives in unstructured environments Experience with foreign clients preferred Tools and Systems: Tidystock Inventory & sales reporting Xero Accounting & finance Microsoft Teams Internal comms & calendar WhatsApp Primary channel for quick requests and voice messages Email Formal communications Divi Stock Stock monitoring Training is available for all systems.
