Job description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate should be Montessori-trained with 1–5 years of teaching experience and possess a strong understanding of child-centered learning methodologies. The teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and development-focused classroom environment that supports the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth of children.
Requirements
Plan and implement Montessori-based learning activities and lesson plans. Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment. Guide children in developing independence, creativity, and critical thinking skills. Observe and assess student progress and maintain appropriate records. Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interaction.
Maintain classroom discipline using Montessori principles and positive reinforcement. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Prepare and organize Montessori learning materials and classroom resources. Collaborate with school staff and participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained in the classroom.
