Tuli Lodge is a social sauna and cold plunge garden on the Seattle waterfront, open November through April at Pier 62 (post-April location loading). We're where wellness meets community, music, and energy - think less spa, more social.
We're building a small but mighty founding team and are hiring part-time Sauna Hosts to run our sauna garden and help create something special for Seattle.
What You'll Do
light/manage the wood-fired stove, open/close the venue, oversee on-site safety, facilitate guest flow, clean, catalog inventory, and haul equipment Greet guests, handle issues, and keep the experience fun, seamless, hygienic, and personal Clean saunas, cold plunges, and bathrooms Work independently and confidently during solo shifts Report directly to our founder and uphold the Tuli standard You'll Be Great at This If You: Ready to work hard and build something from the ground up Communicative and collaborative Are hyper-organized, reliable, and energized by guest-focused service Bring calm, positive, can-do energy and jump in wherever needed Love fast-paced environments and building authentic community Are excited to grow with a startup where evolution is constant Have a background in hospitality, wellness, or retail Schedule 20-25 hours per week Must be willing to work early mornings and late nights Minimum 1 weekend shift per week required Compensation & Benefits $24/hr Paid sick leave (1 hour accrued per 40 hours worked) Unlimited sauna + cold plunge access ❤️🔥 Guest passes + event perks Opportunity to grow into a shift lead, operations manager, or longer-term biz-team role Our Culture Fast-paced, people-first, and startup-scrappy.
