Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online advertising and social media presence. Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and performance. Oversee Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) including campaign setup, targeting, and A/B testing. Execute SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility. Plan, schedule, and publish daily social media content across platforms.
Share classroom updates, placement results, and student success stories to strengthen community engagement. Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling marketing creatives. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate regular performance reports. Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels.
Requirements
Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Foundational knowledge of SEO principles and on-page optimization. Strong social media management skills with a track record of engagement growth. Ability to write creative, compelling content and captions for diverse audiences. Familiarity with analytics tools and experience in generating basic performance reports.
