- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including regular cleaning and tidying of shelves and displays.
- Price and label merchandise accurately, ensuring all products have the correct pricing information.
- Assist with inventory management, keeping track of stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Stay updated on new products and promotions, offering recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Basic math skills for pricing and handling transactions.
