Job description
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Unit delivers patient-centered nursing care to post-surgical and medical-surgical patient.
Responsibilities include
assessing, planning, and coordinating care, promoting recovery, ensuring safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes. The RN also educates patients and families on post-operative care, coordinates discharge planning, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
