Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organization’s broader goals. Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing, branding, media, communications, and customer experience initiatives.

Acts as the primary client contact, leading cross-functional collaboration across all agency capabilities to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes. Oversees account performance, commercial stewardship, operational efficiency, resource coordination, and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable revenue growth within complex and evolving business environments.

$80,000 - $115,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
