As a Project Coordinator – Sales & Marketing, you will be assigned to one of the projects under the CX25WW Group based on your interview performance and business requirements. Applicants are encouraged to review the available projects before applying: Explore CX25WW Projects Role Summary The Project Coordinator – Sales & Marketing will support the growth of assigned CX25WW projects by coordinating sales initiatives, executing marketing campaigns, generating business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely execution of project activities.

Depending on the project assigned, this role may involve: Remote coordination Hybrid operations Field visits Client meetings Events and promotional activities Candidates should be comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to changing business priorities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate and qualify business leads. Conduct outbound calling, email outreach, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups. Coordinate meetings with prospective customers and partners. Maintain healthy customer relationships. Assist in achieving project revenue targets. Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates.

Marketing Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns. Coordinate promotional events and awareness drives. Support social media, branding, and community engagement activities. Coordinate marketing material distribution. Work closely with design and content teams. Project Coordination Coordinate daily project activities.

Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion. Maintain project documentation. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments. Customer Engagement Respond to customer enquiries professionally. Maintain CRM records accurately. Collect customer feedback. Improve customer experience through proactive communication.

Field Responsibilities (Project Dependent) Based on the project assigned, candidates may be required to: Visit clients or partner organisations. Conduct field marketing campaigns. Coordinate promotional activities. Attend exhibitions and business events. Meet vendors and community partners. Support project launches and awareness programmes.

Upon reaching the Assistant Manager level, employees may earn a maximum annual CTC of ₹6,25,360, in accordance with the applicable salary structure for that position.
