Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Manager

Community Memorial Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital committed to providing excellent care to our community, is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU) Nurse Manager to be responsible for the clinical, operational, and personnel management of the Ambulatory Surgery Unit, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), and Surgical Navigation services.

The Nurse Manager ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, promoting staff development, and supporting efficient patient flow throughout the perioperative continuum and collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia providers, procedural teams, and ancillary departments to ensure patients are appropriately prepared, educated, and supported throughout their surgical experience.
