Medical Assistant Sleep Clinic

The medical assistant (MA) works under the direction of the Manager of Sleep Medicine. The medical assistant assists the staff and providers by collection of pertinent patient information needed to determine physical and psychological needs; address and identify health problems; assists provider with treatments; schedules diagnostic and therapeutic procedures; and performs routine clerical duties such as pre authorizations, faxing and scheduling.

The MA has direct patient care with patients of all ages.
