PACE Day Center Manager(Murrieta)

The PACE Day Center Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the PACE Day Center and coordinates non-clinical services delivered to participants. This role is responsible for managing participant flow, day center operations, non-clinical staff, environment-of-care readiness, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Working under the direction of the Center Director, the Center Manager supports interdisciplinary workflows, enhances the participant experience, and ensures facility safety and operational consistency. The role also includes oversight of CNA, PCA, and Recreation (Activities) services. This position is fully onsite. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
