YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES
- Conduct research on various legal issues, including corporate law, IT law, and AI law.
- Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of national and international contracts.
- Assist in developing and reviewing internal policies and processes.
- Support the identification and assessment of legal risks.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team. WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO
- Enrolled student in Business Law, Law, or a comparable field.
- Strong interest in technology law, particularly IT law, AI law, and international contract law.
- Analytical thinking, with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident use of MS Office.
- Experience with legal tech tools is a plus.
