- Accredition: Certification in a project management (Certified Project Management Professional
- PMP with over 5 years of qualification experience
- Sustain competitive advantage: Use project management methodology including communication management and stakeholder management, complete large size and/or complex projects/program as on-time, on-budget and on-specification.
- Contribution to advancement of Company: Delivery company wide large/complex projects/programs to contribute company growth or operational efficiency.
- Application of skill / knowledge: Being used Project Management Methodology based on PMBOK/PMP and experience of project execution, able to apply and accelerate project execution as on-time, on-budget and on-specification.
- Language Skill: Japanese (Native Level or Equivalent), English (Business Level or Above)
