Job description
QA Manager is responsible for the leadership, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of all Food Safety, QA, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Control programs at the facility. This role ensures compliance with SQF, HACCP, FSMA, GMP, Organic, Non-GMO, GFCO, FDA, and other applicable regulatory and certification requirements while supporting the production of safe, high-quality products. The Quality Assurance Manager leads and develops the QA team, partners closely with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, R&D, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams, and drives a culture of food safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. In the absence of the Plant Manager, this role serves as the designated food safety authority for the site.
