Job Description – Site Engineer Job Title: Site Engineer Location: Kolkata (Site Based) Department: Construction & Site Engineering Experience: 3–5 Years CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering Gender: Male Age: 28–30 Years (Preferred) Preferred Industry Construction Infrastructure EPC Real Estate Civil Engineering Projects Job Summary We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee site execution, quality, safety, and project coordination for construction projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RCC structures, high-rise construction, finishing works, and site management, ensuring projects are executed on time and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution as per project specifications and timelines. Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with project standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently. Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, and MIS.
Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution. Support finishing works and ensure adherence to design specifications. Assist with project documentation, including basic RERA compliance requirements.
Required Skills
Site Execution RCC Structures High-Rise Construction Finishing Works Quality Control & Safety Site Coordination Manpower & Resource Management Project Documentation & MIS AutoCAD Construction Drawing Interpretation Requirements B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Real Estate projects.
Hands-on experience in RCC structures, high-rise building construction, and finishing works. Knowledge of RERA compliance will be an added advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction drawings. Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Willing to work at project sites in Kolkata.
