Director of Sales and Program Management

Summary: Directs Programs and Projects related to product introductions. Assists customers with ordering information and configurations; evaluates customer needs and helps determine proper match with the Company’s service offerings, participates in pricing and lead time evaluations and quotations based on manufacturing cost estimates and other business factors; follows up on outstanding quotations and customer requirements.

Works with engineering personnel to manage new product development projects.
