General Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties Own transport Valid driver’s licence (essential) Strong team management and time management skills Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet Able to work independently without supervision Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills Requirements Role 1 of the couple: Level 1 Marine Guide Qualification (or willing to complete Level 1 with Marine within 6 months of employment) – all guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid First Aid Level 1 Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills Excellent hosting skills Fluent in English (spoken and written) Basic HR knowledge Valid PDP Role 2 of the couple: Strong hosting skills All-rounder knowledge across departments (advantageous) PAN knowledge (essential) Computer literacy (MS Office) Basic HR knowledge Strong administrative skills Fluent in English (spoken and written) Driver’s licences would be an advantage Benefits Market-related salary Accommodation Food allowance Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off 21 days annual leave Uniform provided Provident fund (after 3 months) 13th cheque (dependent on company performance) No children allowed
