Vice President, People & Culture

WCLC is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and people-centred leader to join its Executive Leadership Team as Vice President, People & Culture. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategies that strengthen culture, support business goals, and prepare the workforce for the future.

You will lead the evolution of the People & Culture function, enhancing the employee experience, building organizational capability, supporting change, and enabling employees to thrive. Working closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board committees, and leaders across the organization, you will help drive strategy, collaboration, engagement, and high performance across WCLC.
