We are recruiting a dynamic, well-rounded Route Supervisor. The successful applicant to this position will coordinate and supervisor the activities of our route persons to ensure the highest standards in customer service, act as the primary contact between us and the client, and will have strong customer service skills.

• Schedules regular meetings with route drivers, and fosters open lines of communication with direct reports; confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of the operation and attend regular staff meetings to keep informed and updated about current developments related to the business.
