The purpose of this role is work closely with the Digital Performance teams to implement and execute Performance Marketing campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets. Job Description: Key responsibilities: Execute performance marketing campaigns in line with client strategies and KPIs Liaise with media vendors and third-party platforms to stay up to date with new features and best practices Oversee and troubleshoot live campaigns, ensuring consistent delivery against performance goals and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, guiding internal teams and clients toward smarter decisions and stronger outcomes. Generate campaign reports and ensure accuracy in trafficking, QA, and pacing Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g., creative, strategy, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions Requirements: Knowledge & Experience At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital media execution (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of self-serve platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager Experience in running and optimizing performance campaigns is a plus Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Highly organized with a good sense of ownership and time management Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Able to think analytically and solve problems with a solution-driven mindset Effective communication skills and team collaboration Location: Ho Chi Minh City Brand: Iprospect Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Outsourced
