Job description
The Process Engineer is responsible for driving two core outcomes: process improvements that strengthen day-to-day operational consistency, and process improvements that ensure sustained Permit Compliance. Under the direction of the AVP Process Operations, the Process Engineer applies engineering skills and principles to evaluate process performance, diagnose issues, and recommend and implements for both operational reliability and regulatory compliance.
The Process Engineer works directly alongside process and plant operators in the field, leading by example and building operator capability to sustain improvements — not simply directing from a distance. The Process Engineer will drive continuous process improvement and establish standard operating excellence throughout the facilities.
