Job Responsibilities
Report to the Client Services Senior Manager Responsible for day to day management of client services support activities for the sales team, preparing PPT, analysis reports and write up drafting Work closely with different internal departments, including compliance, operation and investment teams for project coordination on ongoing basis Responsible for Request For Proposals (RFP) co-ordination, compilation, due diligence on clients and CRM update Assist the sales colleagues for regular reports delivery and also assist with ad hoc request Other ad hoc tasks and projects Job Requirements Master degree holder preferred in Finance/Economics/Business or related majors with 2 years’ relevant experience Good knowledge of financial products & detail-minded with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Graduates with related experience is an advantage Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese Good knowledge of programming language, Wind and Bloomberg Terminal for data update is a plus Professional translation skill is a plus A team player with initiatives and self-motivation (All personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.)
