First Merchants Bank is seeking a First Lien Lending Officer Assistant to join our team! This position will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of her/his assigned Loan Originator(s), establishing relationships with potential borrowers through lead self-generation, and in some cases by working with company-provided leads.
This role will facilitate the relationship between bank and borrower throughout the lifecycle of the mortgage process and ensure all compliance guidelines are strictly adhered to. The First Lien Lending Officer Assistant will act in accordance with the corporate ethics policy and ensure all business is conducted with the utmost integrity.
