Head, Human Resource Business Partner

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is an exciting opportunity to join KPJ Healthcare University as the Head of Human Resource. In this full-time, permanent role based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, you will be responsible for leading and managing the human resource function across the organisation. JOB DESCRIPTION: Developing and implementing the HR strategy to support the overall business objectives Working closely with KPJ Shared Services on recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees Managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Designing and administering employee benefits and compensation packages Promoting a positive organisational culture and supporting employee engagement initiatives Providing strategic HR advice to senior management Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing HR team JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the education industry Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and industrial relations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
