Certified Nurse Aide/Acute Care PRN Nights

Certified Nurse Aides give personal care to patients in the hospital under the direction of a Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Charge Nurse. Responsible for assisting with active daily living skills, and working with nurse to assist patient to meet desired Patient Plan of Care. Responsible for collecting data, reporting data to primary care nurse and charge nurse.

Alerting Charge Nurse and primary care nurse for abnormal vital signs, changes in patient(s) assessment and emergency situations.
