Job description
Closely working with Business Analysts and project leaders to review and implement business requirements. Taking end to end ownership of deliverables by understanding the business needs and identifying the scope. Getting involved in design, development and performing unit test cases. Monitoring Application health (keeping track of quality and performance of modules) by debugging server logs, keeping track of memory and disk usage of server, identifying, and optimizing long running scripts.
Training and Mentoring team members by providing technical guidance, sharing relevant knowledge and experience.
Requirements
B.Tech./B.E./MCA/PGDAC. Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in building highly scalable web application. Knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate and JavaScript. Excellent database and SQL Query writing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to go an extra mile to deliver things right and fast.
Self-motivated and ability to work as a part of the team. Thorough, methodical and logical approach towards problem solving. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
