At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience Commercial HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to provide and use basic hand tools Reliable transportation High school diploma or GED Ability to work in commercial and industrial environments, including restaurants, retail locations, and industrial facilities Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment as required for the position Design Temp of Florida Inc.
