Job description
The Bell Captain is responsible for providing excellent guest service, positively affecting interactions with guests and team members. In this position, you will also demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. The Bell Captain will also exhibit the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers and lead by example.
As the Bell Captain you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team) and provide AAA four diamond service to our guests.
