Job description
MGT is seeking an onsite Print Production Coordinator that will support onsite proposal production in Salt Lake City by preparing, printing, assembling, packaging, shipping, and coordinating delivery of compliant public-sector proposal submissions. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, deadline ownership, and the ability to follow detailed RFP submission instructions exactly.
The ideal candidate has experience with print production, document production, administrative support, document control, contracts, or similar deadline-driven work, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF tools, and collaboration platforms.
