Outside Sales Representative

Rooftop Designs is a leading home improvement company specializing in roofing, replacement windows, siding, doors, gutters, and bathroom remodeling. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners, conduct professional in-home consultations, and recommend customized home improvement solutions that fit each customer's needs.

What We Offer

W-2, 100% commission position with uncapped earning potential. On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000+ annually. Pre-set, qualified appointments—focus on selling, not prospecting. Responsibilities

Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or door knocking required. Conduct professional in-home consultations to identify each homeowner's needs. Present customized solutions for roofing, replacement windows, siding, doors, gutters, and bathroom remodeling. Prepare same-day estimates, explain financing options, and close sales during the appointment.

Participate in ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and sales training with your Sales Manager.

Qualifications

Previous in-home sales or home improvement sales experience preferred. Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment. Ability to travel within approximately 100 miles of your assigned office. Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as business needs require. Basic computer and tablet proficiency. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Ability to pass a background check.
