Production Control Agent - PHX airport

The Production Control Agent is responsible for supporting Sky Café production operations by printing, organizing, and maintaining accurate production diagrams, food labels, and related documentation needed by the production team. This position helps ensure the correct and most current information is available for aircraft galley setup, cart and bin placement, substitutions, and daily operational changes.

The Production Control Agent works closely with production leadership and must be able to monitor updates, identify changes, and stay ahead of production needs in a fast-paced airline catering environment.
