Victim Services Coordinator, LMSW/LMHC

The Coordinator, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault services will provide trauma-informed counseling, navigation, and case management services to individuals and families who have suffered or are currently suffering from domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Position is based in the Violence Intervention and Treatment Program and provides services to the community and to patients/families who utilize the hospital medical programs including ED, inpatient, and outpatient at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center.

Coordinates community outreach and education, culturally appropriate counseling, patient care coordination and volunteer Advocate Services. <
