We now have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and committed: HR specialist Work location: Riga, on-site We are looking for an energetic and easy-going HR Specialist to support our growing team with key HR initiatives, particularly focused on training, recruiting, and reporting. Join our dynamic HR team! Develop and implement training programs across our production factories.
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Prepare and present regular HR reports to management. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR or training roles (preferably in a production or industrial environment).
Fluent English and Latvian (Russian will be an advantage) Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, active, and a team player with a can-do attitude.
