Job description

Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movements, receipts, issues, and transfers in the inventory or ERP system. Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify incoming and outgoing materials against delivery notes and supporting documents. Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to identify shortages or discrepancies.

Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, and documentation for management review. Ensure materials are correctly labelled, recorded, and stored in designated warehouse locations. Report damaged, missing, excess, or slow-moving stock and support corrective action.

Requirements

Minimum Degree/Diploma in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. Must have at least 3-4 years of previous experience in warehouse inventory, stock control, stores administration, or logistics. Good knowledge of MS Excel, inventory systems, ERP software, and warehouse documentation. Available to join Immediately
