Manager

Will be responsible for Urban Planning related works like GIS Based Master planning, Transit Oriented development projects, Industrial parks, Urban Mobility projects like Logistics parks, city investment strategies, etc. Other skills required include: Strong planning and design skills with a proven record of generating feasibility studies, Market research and analysis, and produce high quality reports and presentations.

Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision on urban planning and urban design projects of city level or large scale public infrastructure. Excellent communication skills to conduct client presentations and willing to work on short deadlines. Should be ready to travel and stay at remote locations for site visit, project presentations, etc.

Proficient in CAD, QGIS/ Arc GIS, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentation software like Photoshop, etc.

Requirements

7-10 years of experience with Bachelor of Planning/Architecture and Masters in Planning (any field) Software skills: Proficient in CAD, GIS, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop, renders.
