Summary: The Digital and Innovations Lead is an entry-level role that supports the growth and scalability of Agrico Hub’s innovation ecosystem by enabling participants—innovators, startups, and trainees—with essential digital tools, training, and technical support. This position is critical in driving digital adoption across programs, ensuring seamless integration of technology into learning and innovation workflows.
By delivering targeted digital literacy training, maintaining key platforms, and supporting pilot initiatives, the Lead helps build a resilient, tech-enabled community that accelerates impact and fosters sustainable innovation. The role offers a foundational opportunity to contribute meaningfully to digital transformation within a dynamic social impact organization.
Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on technical assistance to innovators, startups, and trainees using digital tools and platforms. Assist in planning and facilitating digital skills training sessions tailored to diverse participant needs. Support routine updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Agrico Hub’s digital platforms and learning systems.
Collect, organize, and manage digital data related to training outcomes, innovation milestones, and program activities. Provide timely technical support to staff, trainers, and participants across digital tools and systems. Participate in pilot testing and evaluation of new digital tools or innovations proposed by internal teams or partners.
Contribute to the development and sharing of digital content, reports, and program documentation. Collaborate with program teams to align digital workflows with training and innovation cycles.
