Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist

The QA/QC Specialist is responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and operational readiness of customer orders before service delivery and for validating all work after installation. This role acts as a quality gate to reduce errors, prevent re-work, and ensure smooth transitions into service coordination and ongoing support for both Managed Services and Connectivity offerings.
