About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented e. Discovery Analyst to support the identification, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) across active legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with a legal background who wants to build a career at the intersection of law and technology.

Key responsibilities

Process and ingest ESI data into Relativity and other review platforms Perform keyword searching, data culling, document tagging, and coding in Relativity Execute quality control checks on data processing, review workflows, and productions Assist with legal hold management, data preservation, and chain-of-custody documentation Prepare and deliver document productions in standard formats (.

DAT, .OPT, TIFF, PDF, native) Create and run saved searches, custom fields, and views in Relativity workspaces Identify and communicate data anomalies, processing errors, and workflow issues to senior team members Maintain accurate project logs, track billing records, and contribute to status reporting Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Relativity or comparable e.

Discovery platforms Understanding of the EDRM lifecycle and standard ESI processing workflows Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data accurately Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to have Relativity Certified Reviewer (RCR) or CEDS certification Experience with Nuix, Everlaw, or Concordance Familiarity with data privacy regulations (FRCP, GDPR, CCPA) Prior experience in a law firm, legal services company, or in-house legal team
