ID Supports Coordinator

Chester County MH/IDD seeks an Intellectual Disability Supports Coordinator to facilitate, coordinate and monitor services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Supports Coordinators work with consumers and families in their homes and/or in provider agencies.

Job responsibilities

include frequent scheduling and facilitation of meetings and entering documentation into a statewide database. The incumbent should have excellent organizational, communication and computer skills. This position requires travel to attend meetings off-site. Current Child Abuse, State Police and FBI clearances are required, as is a writing skills assessment and an online assessment.
