- Operations Oversight: o Manage end-to-end facility operations including housekeeping, Labour and security. o Ensure all services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and company standards. o Conduct regular inspections and audits across sites to assess performance and quality.
- Team Leadership: o Supervise and support on-site facility teams and service to clients o Implement training programs and performance evaluations for team development.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding FM services. o Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.
- Budget & Resource Management: o Prepare and manage operational budgets. o Monitor expenses, ensure cost control, and drive efficiency in service delivery.
- Compliance and Attendance Reports: o Monthly attendance of Manpower preparation in Advice for Payroll and Invoice. o Compliance report submission to client monthly.
- Reporting & Analysis: o Prepare monthly reports on operations, incidents, and improvement actions.
