Job description
Conduct psychological assessments and mental health screenings for residents. Provide individual and group counseling sessions. Develop and implement individualized care and intervention plans. Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when required. Monitor residents' mental health progress and maintain confidential records.
Collaborate with medical, social work, and care giving teams for holistic care. Conduct psychoeducation and life skills sessions for residents and staff. Identify and refer cases requiring specialized psychiatric care. Ensure ethical practice and compliance with organizational policies. Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
