Analyst to join our HR team in Bangalore. This individual contributor role will support the execution and administration of core compensation programs and processes. The role will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Compensation Analytics and broader HR stakeholders to ensure accurate compensation data management, effective benchmarking, and smooth delivery of annual and ad-hoc compensation activities.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in compensation operations, strong data management skills, and the ability to support cross-functional compensation needs in a fast-paced, global environment.
