Job description
Supports the administration and optimization of team member health and wellness programs and the Human Capital Management (HCM) / Benefits Administration (UKG Pro / Plan. Source) technology platforms. Collects, researches, interprets, and reports data. Uses data to recommend solutions. Ensures data integrity by troubleshooting system errors and performing data audits.
Ensures seamless data flow for carrier integrations, accurate payroll deductions, and regulatory compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, IRS Section 125 Cafeteria Plans). Works closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure effective benefits delivery and continuous improvement.
