Software Sales Manager (Digital Twin, Smart FM & IoT Platform)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of software solutions including Digital Twin, Smart Facility Management (FM) platform, and IoT platform.· Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their needs to offer tailored software solutions.· Prepare and manage tender submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements and timely delivery.· Collaborate with technical and product teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the software solutions business in Hong Kong.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software sales, preferably in Digital Twin, Smart FM, IoT, or related fields.· Strong understanding of software solutions and ability to articulate technical value to clients.· Experience in managing tender processes and preparing bid documents.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.· Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
